Before co-founding TPM, Tinh used to hold top managing positions at reputable Financial, Auditing, Tax Consulting, Transfer pricing Inspection & Appraisal organizations in Vietnam.
Tinh has over 18 years of experience in auditing, tax and transfer pricing consulting for various businesses in Vietnam like:. Nidec Sankyo Co., Ltd (Japan), Ace Machinery Co., Ltd (Singapore), Rochdale Spears Co., Ltd (Germany, etc. Currently, Tinh is also the vice president of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association (“HTCAA”), where he oversees the training and policy departments.

Dat has 7 years of experience in Tax field as an advisor for many local and foreign firms in Vietnam. His client portfolio covers various sectors including manufacturing, service, trading, etc., especially since he has been supporting foreign contractors in solar photovoltaic power plant projects.
During the past years, by his experience and good relationship with tax authorities, he has been advised to deal with a variety of tax matters and business issues, involving the establishment of an optimal tax system for business in Vietnam and compliance with ongoing operations.
Dat gained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, completed the Certified Management Accountants (CMA Australia)

As the Chief Operating Officer at TPM, Ngoc participated in setting up and optimizing the operational processes, building the internal control procedures at TPM.
Ngoc has more than 8 years of experience in accounting and taxation, as the Chief Accountant, helping TPM control risks, comply with standards and laws. Some notable achievements: Planning and optimizing corporate finances, consulting for the Board of Directors; Developing and improving the management system (CRM); Building the mechanism for business restructuring, internal control procedures.

In the role of developing client network, Van and her team focus on providing Tax & Accounting solutions for FDI businesses, as well as foreign individuals currently working in Vietnam, to help them comply with the tax law, to invest and grow steadily.
With over 10 years of experience, Van and her team manage a portfolio of 1000 businesses from different fields. She is responsible for some of the company’s key multinational clients and manages the daily operation issues related to accounting and tax, especially for corporations such as: Dragon Trip Vietnam, Essentra Components Vietnam Co., Ltd and Alfa Connection Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Van graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Van Lang University. She is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and also holds an Accounting Practice Certificate (APC), a Chief Accountant Certificate, and a Certificate for Practising service on tax procedures.

Lang has more than 8 years of experience at TPM, where she and her team help businesses follow accounting standards and tax law; as well as represent them to deal with tax agencies, to ensure their peace of mind and business success.
