Attending the incense offering ceremony at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery at the 468 high point were comrade Mai Xuan Thanh – Party Secretary, General Director of the General Department of Taxation and representatives of the Department of Administrative Finance; Internal Inspection Department; Party Committee Office and General Department of Taxation Office; The representatives of Ha Giang province’s leaders include Comrade Do Anh Tuan – Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Vi Xuyen District Party Committee; Mr. Luu Duc Cong – Director and the collective leadership of the Ha Giang Provincial Tax Department and Vi Xuyen District Tax Department.

It can be said that in these days of July, the whole country remembers the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the country’s peace, for the nation’s independence and shows gratitude to those who returned after the bombs and smoke, leaving a part of their blood and bones on the battlefield to protect the peace of the Fatherland and the people.

Throughout the history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people, there have been heroic, heroic and glorious feats of arms. Now the country is at peace, the nation is independent, the national border sovereignty is firmly protected. But the pain and loss are also infinite, millions of outstanding children in all regions of the Fatherland have fought bravely and sacrificed, they have forever remained in the land at the northernmost point; lying with the beloved motherland, the blood of the fallen heroes has dyed the national flag redder, making the homeland greener.

In the sacred and emotional moment, on the heroic land of Vi Xuyen, before the majestic and sacred Monument of the National Martyrs’ Memorial of Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery, Ha Giang province, under the fragrant incense, with all respect, General Director Mai Xuan Thanh and the members of the Working Group expressed their sincere remembrance, infinite gratitude and prayed for the heroic martyrs to continue to bless and protect the nation, for the strong and everlasting development of Vietnam.
