Six exceptional candidates, selected from the preliminary rounds, participated in the final. The competition consisted of three rounds: introduction, themed presentation, and multiple-choice questions with situational responses. The content focused on fundamental aspects of the Party Statutes, regulations, guidelines for implementing the Party Statutes, and resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, and higher levels directly related to Party cell.

At the conclusion of the competition, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy, Party cell Secretary of the Information Technology Department at the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department, outperformed the five other contestants to claim first place. Two second-place awards were granted to the Party cell Secretary of the Office – Organization, Inspection, and Emulation and Reward Department of the Bac Ninh People’s Court and the Party cell Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Library. Three third-place awards and additional prizes were given to the remaining contestants.

The 2024 Excellent Party cell Secretary Competition served as a comprehensive political activity for the entire Party organization, aimed at fostering and enhancing the knowledge, skills, and expertise of grassroots Party building. This event provided an opportunity for Party committee members and Party cell secretaries to demonstrate their capabilities, understanding, and Party work skills, as well as to exchange experiences and learn from each other’s practical experiences in Party building.
