The new version’s interface has been redesigned for a more user-friendly experience. Taxpayers can customize and set frequently used functions right at the top of the screen.

In this version, the tax code lookup function right on the homepage will help those who often forget their personal tax codes to quickly and easily look up information with just a few simple steps.

Registering for an electronic tax account has also become extremely convenient. If taxpayers already have a level 2 VNeID electronic identification account, they can complete the entire registration process right on their phones without having to visit the tax authority in person to submit a confirmation document. All personal information will be automatically updated from the national database.

Additionally, bank account linking has been upgraded, allowing users to link their accounts only once and use them for all subsequent tax payments. The new version also addresses issues related to bank account names, ensuring successful linking.

Easy and Convenient Tax Payment 

With the new version, Etax Mobile upgrades the tax payment feature to be simpler and more transparent than ever. The application will display detailed information about taxes due, arranged in order of priority according to the provisions of the Tax Management Law, helping taxpayers easily manage and fulfill their obligations. In particular, the “Pay on behalf of” function is a significant highlight, supporting taxpayers who are unable to pay taxes themselves or who are authorized to pay on behalf of others.

Furthermore, the Notification function has also been updated, allowing users to easily receive notifications and look up all tax authority notifications within a year, from tax debt notifications to temporary departure suspension notifications.
