The General Department of Taxation achieves outstanding results in state budget revenue collection, sets higher targets for 2024

In a global economic context, there are still many fluctuations, the General Department of Taxation has achieved remarkable results in state budget revenue collection. According to the report at the conference to evaluate the implementation of the tax work program in October 2024, the total state budget revenue accumulated in the first 10 months of 2024 exceeded 116.3% compared to the same period.
 

Impressive Figures

  • Total state budget revenue: Reached 1,408,486 billion VND, exceeding the legal estimate by 94.8%.
  • Domestic revenue: Reached 1,359,629 billion VND, increasing 117.3% compared to the same period.
  • Revenue from crude oil: Reached 48,857 billion VND, increasing 106.2% compared to the estimate.
  • Revenue from the non-state sector: Reached 94.3% of the estimate.
  • Personal income tax: Reached 98.7% of the estimate.

To achieve these results, the General Department of Taxation has synchronously implemented many solutions, including:
